Bulk IP Lookup

Paste up to 100 addresses, separated by lines, spaces or commas. Answered from our own datasets only; no third party sees them.

Paste a list of addresses from a log file, a firewall export or a spreadsheet. Each entry is validated, normalised and looked up against our own datasets: the announced route and origin AS from the BGP table, the registry and registration country from the RIR files, and DB-IP’s location estimate.

Nothing in a bulk lookup goes to a third party, and none of it is stored: the list is sent once to our server, answered from local indexes in a few milliseconds and forgotten. Live sources (reverse DNS, RDAP) are not queried in bulk; open a single address for those.

Up to 100 entries per request. Duplicates are reported once, and invalid entries are listed with the line they came from.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there a limit?

To keep the service fair for everyone and to stop it being used to map networks wholesale. For larger jobs, use the JSON API from a script with the published rate limits.

Is the location accurate?

It is an estimate from DB-IP Lite. It is usually right about the country and often wrong about the city. Registry country is a separate fact: where the block's holder is registered.

Can I download the results?

Yes, as JSON or CSV, generated in your browser from the results on the page.
